See Through My Eyes

You, over there with your downcast eyes and sad face.

Yes, you. Why are you so sad?

Listen a little to me.

This place you are in now may seem utterly desolate and dark, but look here, look through my eyes and see, over there where the sun is shining and God’s plan carried out for your life.

See the glimmer of light shine even brighter across your path the closer you get. Such wondrous plans your Father has for you.

You cannot imagine because you have not been there yet.

But, I see it for you.

So no matter the dark place you’re surrounded in now.

Just look and see the vision God gave me for you.

Your face will light up the room.

Your heart will be full of joy, your burdens light.

The faith you have placed in your heavenly Father with that small step evidenced around you.
