Rainbow Eyes

I was told by a girl who could glide and dance,

As we stood and stared at the moonlit skies,

That she would dare to take a chance,

On the boy with the changing rainbow eyes.

A billion stars lit the beach,

And like a dove she danced for me,

Into my soul she seemed to reach,

As she said our love is for eternity.

My choice is made, so it seems,

The other girls can end their cries,

'Cause only she can fill the dreams,

Of the boy with the changing rainbow eyes.
