Sing Little Bluebird

So it happened. My 20-year-old bluebird took the small stage in Nashville and made a nest. He changed the nature of that stage with his wit and laid back responses to the obstacles that presented themselves. He appeared to have no fear and owned that small area for about three minutes. Three minutes that changed his life - and ours - forever.

I can't see him ever leaving this area now. He connected with other young songwriters with stars in their eyes and melodies in their hearts. He found his tribe.

I believe Open Mic Night has become his new favorite hobby. What astounded us was that this was his first time to perform for anyone other than family. And he went big! And nailed it. Yeah, I'm a proud Momma for sure and his success is making the move make sense to me. The losses as well. This was meant to be.

Here's a clip of his copyrighted song, Ride the Breeze.
