Writing a Valentine's Day Card

Welp, the famed love day is right around the corner...Valentine's Day. Some romantics like to write their own cards. Whether you are a novice at writing or an old pro, I've got two tips for you.


As a former freelancer for American Greetings, I learned some tips and tricks along the way for writing quality verse. Watch my video for those tips to guide you in writing something sweet for your sweetie for the special day.


As you start writing, and find that you don't like the sound of it, crumple it up and write again. Just like I did with my video. I was in the double digits trying to get the video right. If you want it to count, don't be afraid to abandon ship and start over and over and over. Make sure you have the final verse that feels right to you.
